Overview: In June 2021, Council received the Reimagining Community Safety Task Force Report <https://chapelhill.legistar.com/LegislationDetail.aspx?ID=4990634&GUID=8A08437C-0B5C-4F31-AA47-59784AD0C9B4> and referred the recommendations to the Manger. This report provides the Council with staff’s response to the Reimagining Community Safety Task Force’s recommendations and a proposed implementation plan. The report also provides an update on action items.
