RECOMMENDATION: The Council Committee: Historic District Commission Interviews met on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 1:30 to 3 PM and by a unanimous vote made the following recommendation(s) to the Town Council for consideration:
? Nancy McCormick Reappointment, Town Resident
? David Schwartz Reappointment, Town Resident
? Brian Daniels, Appointment Town Resident
? Chris Berndt, Appointment Town Resident
SPECIAL REQUEST(s): No Comment.
BACKGROUND: The Committee supports Historic District Commission's recommendations. Ms. McCormick and Mr. Schwartz have served the Commission well. Mr. Daniels is a longtime intermittent resident, who has lived in a historic home in a different community. He has extensive non-profit board experience. Ms. Berndt has extensive prior service on Chapel Hill advisory boards and in the community. She has strong interests in preservation issues.
