Overview: Public notice was given for a public hearing for consideration of a Conditional Zoning Application for Columbia Street Annex, 1150 S. Columbia Street, to be opened on November 4, 2020. The public hearing for the closure of a portion of Monroe Street right-of-way was continued to November 4, 2020. Delaying both public hearings is necessary due to agenda availability as well as staff and applicant discussions.

That the Council adopt a resolution calling a public hearing for the Conditional Zoning Application for Columbia Street Annex, 1150 S. Columbia Street, from Residential-2 (R-2) to Mixed Use - Village - Conditional Zoning District (MU-V-CZD) and continuing the public hearing for the closure of an unmaintained portioned of Monroe Street right-of-way to November 18, 2020.
