Overview: The Town staff will provide the Town Council with an update on the Municipal Services Center project, including an overview of the community workshop discussions including proposed guiding principles the Construction Manager at Risk selection, and the schedule for the Development Agreement.
Recommendation(s):
That the Council receive the draft Guiding Principles and refer them to the Town Manager and Town Attorney for inclusion in the Development Agreement draft.
