Overview: Due to workload, staff has requested the Legislative Hearing for the 101 East Rosemary Street Conditional Zoning Application be continued April 26, 2023. The applicant has agreed.
Recommendation(s):
That the Council adopt the resolution continuing the Legislative Hearing to April 26, 2023.

A RESOLUTION TO CONTINUE THE LEGISLATIVE HEARING AND DEFER CONSIDERING THE CHAPEL HILL ZONING ATLAS FOR CONDITIONAL REZONING OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 101 EAST ROSEMARY STREET TO APRIL 26, 2023 (2023-04-19/R-4)
WHEREAS, on April 27, 2022, the Town Council opened the Legislative Hearing for the consideration a Conditional Zoning Application for 101 East Rosemary Street, from Town Center-2 (TC-2) to Town Center-3- Conditional Zoning District (TC-3-CZD); and
WHEREAS, the Town Council continued the Legislative Hearing to May 18, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council continued the Legislative Hearing to June 15, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council continued the Legislative Hearing to September 14, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council continued the Legislative Hearing on January 11, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council continued the Legislative Hearing to March 8, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council continued the Legislative Hearing to April 19, 2023 and due to work schedules, staff has requested consideration of the application be deferred to April 26, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council continues the Legislative Hearing for 101 East Rosemary Street and defers consideration of this item to April 26, 2023 at 7 PM, in the Town Hall Council Chamber, 405 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blv...
