Overview: The Town Council held an evidentiary hearing on May 18, 2022, to discuss the Special Use Permit Modification application for Chapel Hill North at 1800 Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard. Staff recommends Council continue the evidentiary hearing to September 28, 2022, as requested by the applicant.

A RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE EVIDENTIARY HEARING FOR THE SPECIAL USE PERMIT MODIFICATION FOR CHAPEL HILL NORTH AT 1800 MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. BOULEVARD TO SEPTEMBER 28, 2022 (2022-06-15/R-7)
WHEREAS, on May 18, 2022 the Town Council opened the Evidentiary Hearing for the Special Use Permit Modification application for Chapel Hill North at 1800 Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, on June 7, 2022, the applicant requested that the item be continued to September 28, 2022;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council continues the Chapel Hill North Special Use Permit Modification application, to be reconvened at 7:00 on Wednesday, September 28, 2022.
