Overview: The Town Council held an evidentiary hearing on May 18, 2022, to discuss the Special Use Permit Modification application for Chapel Hill North at 1800 Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard. On June 15, 2022, Council continued the item to the September 28, 2022, meeting at the request of the applicant. Staff recommends Council continue the evidentiary hearing to November 16, 2022, as requested by the applicant.
