We provided a summary sheet like our traditional ballot for you to prepare prior to the vote. This change in process is due to Session Law 2020-3, SB 704, section 166A-19.24(b)(5) states "All votes shall be roll call; no vote by secret or written ballots, whether by paper or electronic means or in accordance with G.S. 143-318.13(b), may be taken during the remote meeting."

RECOMMENDATION: The Council OWASA Interview Committee met on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 and by a unanimous vote made the following recommendation(s) to the Town Council for consideration:
* Deanie Anyangwe Appointment, Chapel Hill vacant seat

SPECIAL REQUEST(S): No Comment

BACKGROUND: The Committee recommends Deanie Anyangwe because she brings a diverse skill set and experience that is not already represented on the board. She brings a public health perspective, which is different than predominate engineering skill set.
