BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT*  
We will begin discussions on the development of the FY2026-27 recommended budget. The goal is  
to give Council a clear look at where revenues are trending, where our cost pressures lie, and how  
staff is preparing recommendations that support our core services, our workforce, and Council’s  
strategic priorities.

Stormwater Program Update

The Stormwater Program Update will cover key highlights from the Stormwater Master Plan,  
including an overview of Green & Natural Infrastructure, a summary of data and cost/benefit  
analysis provided by Ardurra, and a discussion of considerations for next steps.
