Overview: The Council adopted its 2023 meeting calendar on June 14, 2023. This action amends the Council calendar to add a Special Meeting and change the Work Session start time on October 18, 2023.

Recommendation(s):

That the Council adopt a resolution amending the 2023 Council calendar to incorporate scheduling changes.

A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COUNCIL’S 2023 MEETING CALENDAR (2023-10-11/R-6)

WHEREAS, on June 14, 2023, the Council adopted its 2023 meeting calendar; and

WHEREAS, the Council wants to hold a special meeting to go into closed session before the October 18 work session;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council amends its 2023 meeting calendar as follows:

•                     Add the October 18, 2023 Special Meeting to start at 5:30 p.m. in the Chapel Hill Public Library, Room C, 100 Library Drive, Chapel Hill, NC.

•                     Change the October 18, 2023 Work Session start time to 7 p.m. in the Chapel Hill Public Library, Room B, 100 Library Drive, Chapel Hill, NC.
