SUBJECT:                     Recommendation for the Human Services Advisory Board vacancy(s)

RECOMMENDATION: The Human Services Advisory Board met on Monday, May 1, 2023, and by a unanimous vote have made the following recommendation(s) to the Town Council for consideration:

 

                     Bethany Parrish, Appointment, Town Resident Seat

                     Pamela Ryan, Appointment, Town Resident Seat

                     John LaHaye, Appointment, Town Resident Seat

 

SPECIAL REQUEST(s):  The Human Services Advisory Board would like to recommend three applicants and leave one seat available to recruit a person of diverse cultural or ethnic background

 

BACKGROUND: Each of the three nominated board candidates bring valuable, relevant, career and life experiences and skill sets to the Human Services Advisory Bord role.

 

 

 

Note: Communications and Public Affairs notes that the Human Services Advisory Board reviewed the following applications: Virginia D Bright, Liliane S Komlos, John LaHaye, Bethany Parrish, Pamela G Ryan, and Riley D Sullivan. One additional application from Megan Williams was received between May 1, 2023 and May 3, 2023 for the Human Services Advisory Board.
