A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ENACTING VARIOUS ORDINANCES (2022-04-26/R-1)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:
2. Adopt a Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Donation of Shredded Office Paper and Surplus Plastic Bins to Local Nonprofit Organizations. (R-2)
3. Authorize the Town Manager to Enter into a Municipal Agreement with the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) and Accept Federal Funds for Design and Construction of the Estes Drive Extension Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvements. (R-3) (O-1)
4. Call a Public Hearing to Consider Closing a Portion of Public Right-of-Way of Hamilton Road within the Glen Lennox Development on May 24, 2023. (R-4)
5. Adopt Minutes from January 11, 18, and 25, 2023 and February 3, 4, and 8, 2023 Meetings. (R-5)
