SUBJECT: Recommendation for the vacancy(s)

RECOMMENDATION: The Council Committee: Board of Adjustment Interviews met on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 and by a unanimous vote made the following recommendation(s) to the Town Council for consideration:
• James Faron, Appointment, Town Resident
SPECIAL REQUEST(s): The Committee supports the Board of Adjustment recommendations.
BACKGROUND: James Faron - Based on his interest and willingness to join the board, also the background and experience that he has.
Note: Communications and Public Affairs notes that the Council Interview Committee: Board of Adjustment reviewed the following applications: Scott Badesch, James Faron, and Eric Plow. No additional applications were received between March 14, 2023 and March 17, 2023 for the Board of Adjustment.
The Board of Adjustment made a recommendation on October 6, 2022 to appoint Judith Miller to a Town Resident seat. Ms. Miller was appointed to the Board by the Town Council on February 22, 2023. The Board has received but has not made any recommendation regarding the following applications: Scott Badesch, James Faron, and Eric Plow.
