Overview: Council opened the hearing for this Land Use Management Ordinance text amendment on January 25, 2023. To afford time for additional public engagement and research, staff recommends that Council close the hearing. Staff plans to return to the Town Council to open a new legislative hearing for text amendments related to housing choices in May 2023.
Recommendation(s):
That the Council receive the project update and adopt a resolution to close the legislative hearing.
