SPECIAL REQUEST(s): The Committee supports the Board of Adjustment recommendations.

 

BACKGROUND: She’s an Attorney who brings diversity from a disability and special needs perspective. She is also well engaged within the community.

RECOMMENDATION: The Board of Adjustment met on Thursday, October 6, 2022 and by a unanimous vote made the following recommendation(s) to the Town Council for consideration:

 

                     Judith Miller, Appointment, Town Resident

 

SPECIAL REQUEST(s):  None

 

BACKGROUND: The Board of Adjustment currently has nine (9) vacancies (4 Town Resident seats and 5 Town Resident-Alternate seats). The Board of Adjustment has recommended the appointment of 1 member.
