Overview: The Complete Community Strategy team will provide a process update, an overview of the capacity analysis, and introduce the long list of pilot projects and evaluation criteria for the pilot projects. The capacity analysis will review recent development patterns, present a series of maps related to topography and development areas, and review criteria for trade-offs for the purposes of discussion.
