Overview: In 2005, the Council adopted a resolution requesting semi-annual meetings with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to update the Council on University development activity. The next UNC Chapel Hill Semi-Annual Report will be in March 2023.

That the Council receive the report from University staff, who will present the second semi-annual report for 2022 reviewing the status of current and planned campus development projects.
