Overview: A condition of the Carolina North, Glen Lennox and Obey Creek Development Agreements requires the Developer Owners or their designees to submit a written Annual Report to the Town Manager on or before September 1 of each year. Attached are the Annual Reports itemizing activities related to the Development Agreement during the past year.
Recommendation(s):
That the Council receive the three Development Agreement Annual Reports.
