A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ENACTING VARIOUS ORDINANCES (2022-03-09/R-1)

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:

 

4.                     Authorize the Town Manager to Execute a 2022 Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with Orange County and Town of Carrboro Related to the Historic Rogers Road Area Private Sewer Service Lateral Connection Installation for Qualified Low-to- Moderate Income Homeowners Cost Share. (R-2)

5.                     Call Legislative Hearing for Bicycle and Pedestrian Payments-In-Lieu Text Amendment on April 6, 2022. (R-3)

6.                     Amend the 2021-22 Council Calendar. (R-4)

7.                     Adopt Minutes from June 9 and August 30 and September 1, 22, and 29, 2021 Meetings. (R-5)
