Overview: The Town Council held a legislative hearing on June 23, 2021 to discuss the Conditional Zoning District Application for the Rosemary-Columbia Street Hotel at 108, 110, and 114 W. Rosemary Street and 208 Pritchard Avenue. The Council continued the legislative hearing to October 13, 2021. On October 8, 2021, the applicant requested that this item be continued from the October 13, 2021, meeting to the November 10, 2021 meeting. The applicant provided an updated site plan on October 20, 2021, which required additional review by Town staff. Staff recommends that Council defer consideration to November 17, 2021.


Recommendation(s):
That the Council hear a presentation from the applicant regarding design changes, provide comments to the applicant, and adopt the resolution continue the legislative hearing of the proposed conditional zoning district application to November 17, 2021.
