RECOMMENDATION: That the Council 1) Hold the public hearing on the issuance of Limited Obligation Bonds for the Rosemary Street Parking Deck ($39 million), Elliott Road Phase II road improvements ($6.48 million) and up to $12 million of debt refundings and 2) approve the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $39 million for the Rosemary Deck Project.
