Recommendation:  The Environmental Stewardship Advisory Board met on April 13, 2021 and by a unanimous vote have made the following recommendation(s) to the Town Council for consideration:

                     Tom Henkel, Reappointment, Chapel Hill Resident

                     Maripat Metcalf, Reappointment, Business Owner/Manager

                     Julie McClintock, Reappointment, Stormwater Advocate

Special Request(s):  None

 

Background: The Board commented that the applicant pool is very strong and asked that staff send a note of thanks and encouragement to the three prospective applicants who attended the meeting (Ondrea Austin, Christine Berndt, Michelle Mayes). 

 

Note: Communications and Public Affairs notes that the Environmental Stewardship Advisory Board reviewed the following applications: Ondrea Austin, Christine Berndt, William Brown, Kristen Cowan, Jesus Gonzalez, E. Thomas Henkel, Michelle Mayes, Julie McClintock, Mary Metcalf, Mona Razik, Denise Thompson, Jimmy Walker and Elijah Yetter-bowman. One additional application for Jane Harris was received between April 13, 2021 and April 28, 2021 for the Environmental Stewardship Advisory Board.
