RECOMMENDATION: The Chapel Hill Downtown Partnership met on Thursday, October 8, 2020 and by a unanimous vote made the following recommendation(s) to the Town Council for consideration:

BACKGROUND: All other incumbents are appointed by the Chapel Hill Downtown Partnership
