A RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TEXT AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 11A AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT TO SECTION 5.9 PERTAINING TO OFF-STREET PARKING AND PARKING PAYMENT-IN-LIEU POLICY TO MARCH 25, 2020 (2020-03-04/R-5)
WHEREAS, the Town Council called a Public Hearing for Code of Ordinance Text Amendment and Land Use Management Ordinance Text Amendment associated with the Parking Payment-in-Lieu program for March 4, 2020; and
WHEREAS, staff requires additional time to analyze the necessary research.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council continues the Public Hearing, to be opened at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 in the Chapel Hill Town Council Chamber.
