Overview: In 2005, the Council adopted a resolution requesting semi-annual meetings with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to update the Council on University development activity. The next UNC-Chapel Hill Semi-Annual Report will be in September 2020.

Recommendation(s): |
That the Council receive the report from University staff, who will present the first of two semi-annual reports for 2020 reviewing the status of current and planned campus development projects.
