A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ENACTING VARIOUS ORDINANCES (2019-10-02/R-1)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:

4. Call a Public Hearing on November 13, 2019 for Amendments to Land Use Management Ordinance Articles 3, 4, and 6 Pertaining to Conditional Zoning. (R-2)

5. Adopt Minutes from March 6, 13, and 20, 2019 and April 10, 17, and 24, 2019, and May 1 and 8, 2019 Meetings. (R-3)
