Overview: A condition of the Carolina North, Glen Lennox, Obey Creek, and Fire Station #2 Development Agreements requires the Developer Owners or their designees to submit a written Annual Report to the Town Manager on or before September 1 each year. Attached are the Annual Reports. Each Annual Report itemizes activities related to the Development Agreement during the past year.

 

Recommendation(s):

That the Council receive the four Development Agreement Annual Reports.
