SUBJECT: Recommendation for the vacancy(s)
DATE: May 21, 2019

RECOMMENDATION: The Parks, Greenways and Recreation Commission met on May 21, 2019 and by a unanimous vote have made the following recommendation(s) to the Town Council for consideration:
* Jeanette Bench, Reappointment, Town Resident
* William Kaiser, Appointment, Town Resident
* Wesley McMahon, Reappointment, Town Resident

SPECIAL REQUEST(S): The Commission voted unanimously to not make a recommendation for the vacant Cemetery Champion seat. The applicants were notified of the meeting and invited to speak to the Commission. None of the Cemetery Champion applicants replied to multiple communications. Because the Commission did not receive responses from the applicants nor have the opportunity to meet and question the applicants in person, the Commission declined to make a recommendation.
