Overview: The Town Charter and the Town Code state that the Council shall fix suitable times for its regular meetings. Adopting the calendar establishes Regular meetings, Work Sessions and other meetings.
Recommendation(s):
That the Council adopt the attached resolution establishing the Council calendar through December 2019.

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A CALENDAR OF COUNCIL MEETINGS THROUGH DECEMBER 2019 (2019-06-12/R-4)
WHEREAS, the Town Charter1 and the Town Code2 state that the Council shall fix suitable times for its regular meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council adopt the following meeting schedule for July through December of 2019.
