Overview:                      Staff has provided Carraway Village with an administrative approval for parapet projections above architectural bays on buildings 7, 8 and 9.  This has also been recorded as part of the applicant’s minor modification to their SUP.  Staff noted change was not ‘significant’ and therefore allowed to be approved administratively.

                                          Staff has provide Signature Health Care an administrative approval for the removal of the entrance canopy at the rear site entrance.  Applicant noted cost overages and staff noted Commission’s thoughts about the ‘top heavy’ nature of the design as reasons for administrative approval.
