Overview: The Council adopted its 2018-19 meeting calendar on June 13, 2018. This action amends the Council calendar to reschedule a closed session regarding a personnel matter.

Recommendation(s):

That the Council adopt a resolution amending the 2018-19 Council calendar to incorporate various scheduling changes.

A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COUNCIL’S 2018-19 MEETING CALENDAR (2019-01-30/R-4)

WHEREAS, on June 13, 2018 the Council adopted its 2018-19 meeting calendar; and

WHEREAS, the February 13 Special Meeting needs to be rescheduled; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council amends its 2018-19 meeting calendar to add the following special meetings:

•                     February 20, 2019 for a closed session to discuss a personnel matter at 5:30 p.m. in the First Floor Conference Room at Town Hall.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council amends its 2018-19 meeting calendar to remove the following meetings:

•                     February 13, 2019 for a closed session to discuss a personnel matter at 5:00 p.m. in the First Floor Conference Room at Town Hall.
