A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ENACTING VARIOUS ORDINANCES (2019-01-16/R-1)

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:

 

3. Approve the Miscellaneous Budget Ordinance Amendments to Adjust Various Fund Budgets for FY 2018-19. (O-1)(O-2)(O-3)(O-4)

 

4. Appoint Two New Members to the Varsity Theatre Task Force. (R-2)

 

5. Continue the Public Hearings for the Active Adults, 2217 Homestead Road, Applications for Rezoning and Special Use Permit. (R-3)

 

6. Adopt Minutes from October 25, 2017 and November 1, 15, 29, 2017 and December 6, 2017 Meetings. (R-4)
