Overview: Applicant proposes a (2) phase project.  Phase (1) will consist of a new 12,948sf multi-purpose church consisting of a worship space, fellowship area, classrooms and church office.  Phase (2) would be an additional structure that would be dependent on church growth.  Other site improvements including on-site parking, stormwater controls, buffers, etc. will be proposed.
