Overview: The concept plan proposes to develop a new service station, relocate or remove 5-15 of the existing manufactured homes, preserve other residences, and add a new 3-story self-storage building. Concept Plan review is a preliminary step allowing comment prior to submittal of a formal development application.

 

Recommendation(s):

That the Board receive the applicant’s presentation and provide comments to the Town Council.
