Overview: Applicant received COA approval for Medical Office Building at CDC meeting held on 11.27.2018. That approval included a stipulation to review updated Parking Structure elevations. Those elevations have been included here for CDC review.
Recommendation(s):
Staff requests action on approval of Parking Structure elevations based on updates from previous meeting comments. Additionally staff request courtesy review of the Recommendations of the Urban Design Review, the Entry Sign and the Modified Landscape Buffers.
