Overview: The Council adopted its 2018-19 meeting calendar on June 13, 2018. This action amends the Council calendar to incorporate the Special Meetings for the Legislative Breakfast, Assembly of Governments, a closed session regarding a personnel matter, and Joint Meeting with the Orange County Board of County Commissioners. The Council's Retreat will also be rescheduled.

That the Council adopt a resolution amending the 2018-19 Council calendar to incorporate various scheduling changes.

A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COUNCIL'S 2018-19 MEETING CALENDAR (2018-12-05/R-4)
WHEREAS, on June 13, 2018 the Council adopted its 2018-19 meeting calendar; and
WHEREAS, the Council holds a yearly meeting with the State Legislative representatives from Orange County; and
WHEREAS, the Special Meeting for the Council Retreat on February 8 and 9, 2019 needs to be rescheduled; and
WHEREAS, with the rescheduled Council Retreat and Assembly of Governments meeting being scheduled to late January, it is anticipated that the January 23 meeting will be cancelled, unless there is a need to adjust one of the January meetings due to weather conditions; and
WHEREAS, the Assembly of Governments has been rescheduled for January 29, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council is responsible for conducting an ongoing performance evaluation process for the position of Town Manager; and
WHEREAS, the Orange County Board of County Commissioners and the Town Council hold a yearly joint meeting that has been scheduled for March 21, 2019; and
