Overview: The Council called a public hearing to receive comment on the proposed application for Conditioned Self-Storage Facility and Office/Institutional-2 (OI-2) Floor Area Ratio Adjustment Land Use Management Ordinance Text Amendment for September 5, 2018. The applicant revised the request to allow self-storage to include an increase in allowable Floor Area Ratio in the OI-2 zoning district. Therefore, staff requests that the Council continue the public hearing to October 10, 2018, allowing adequate time for staff analysis.
Recommendation(s):
That the Council adopt a resolution continuing the public hearing to October 10, 2018.

WHEREAS, the Council called a public hearing to receive comment on the proposed application for Conditioned Self-Storage Facility and Office/Institutional-2 (OI-2) Floor Area Ratio Adjustment Land Use Management Ordinance Text Amendment for September 5, 2018; and
WHEREAS, staff requests the public hearing be continued to October 10, 2018 to allow additional time to analyze the revised request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council continue the public hearing for the Conditioned Self-Storage Facility and Office/Institutional-2 (Oi-2) Floor Area Ratio Adjustment Land Use Management Ordinance Text Amendment Application to the October 10...
