SUBJECT: Recommendation for the Cultural Arts Commission vacancies
DATE: June 21, 2018
RECOMMENDATION: The Cultural Arts Commission met on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 and by a unanimous vote have made the following recommendation(s) to the Town Council for consideration:
* Josh Rosenstein, Reappointment, Town Resident Seat
SPECIAL REQUEST(S):
With Rosenstein's reappointment (July 1), there will be 6 filled seats on the Commission and 5 vacancies. The Commission requests that Council hold these seats vacant through September so that the Commission and Town staff can work together over the summer to recruit a diverse pool of applicants and make thoughtful and strategic recommendations to Council in the Fall.

Josh Rosenstein's partial term is ending on June 30, 2018. Josh has been an engaged member of the Commission, serving on several selection committees, fully participating in meetings, and offering thoughtful insight and perspective.
