RECOMMENDATION: The Justice in Action Committee, met on June 07, 2018, and by a unanimous vote have made the following recommendation(s) to the Town Council for consideration:
* Jaclyn Elaine Gilstrap, Appointment, Chapel Hill/Carrboro Planning Jurisdiction Resident
If the Council decides to vacate the seat held by Mr. Edmonds, the Committee recommends:
* Dana Mangum, Appointment, Chapel Hill/Carrboro Planning Jurisdiction Resident
SPECIAL REQUEST(S): The Committee members request a new appointment to the seat currently held by Jonathan Edmonds. Mr. Edmonds has not been in attendance at meetings and has not responded to staff about his intention of remaining on board. This would vacate a second seat and the board unanimously voted for applicant, Dana Whitfield Mangum to fill this seat.
