Overview: The Town Charter and the Town Code state that the Council shall fix suitable times for its regular meetings. Adopting the calendar establishes Business and Public Hearing meetings, Work Sessions and other meetings.
Recommendation(s):
That the Council adopt the attached resolution establishing the Council calendar through June 2019.

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A CALENDAR OF COUNCIL MEETINGS THROUGH JUNE 2019 (2018-06-13/R-5)
WHEREAS, the Town Charter and the Town Code state that the Council shall fix suitable times for its regular meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council adopts the following meeting schedule for January through June of 2019.
