RECOMMENDATION: That the Council receive an update from staff regarding the status of text amendments to modify Sections 3.6.2 and 8.4 of the Land Use Management Ordinance, and cancel tonight’s Public Hearing to allow the Historic District Commission more time to provide input on any text amendments.
