Status Update Regarding the March 14, 2018 Blue Hill Petition.

Overview: This status report is an initial follow-up to the Blue Hill petition recently referred by Council on March 14th, 2018 <https://chapelhill.legistar.com/View.ashx?M=F&ID=5878770&GUID=632BEC59-C983-431F-B151-8285ADB6686C>. In response to Council interest in balancing timeliness in addressing the petition with effective legislation, staff will provide rolling information as it is developed.

 

Recommendation(s):

That the Council receive an update regarding the status of the Blue Hill petition and provide feedback or direction to staff regarding a recommendation for the Public Hearing on May 23rd.
