Overview: Agua Vista is OWASA's new Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) initiative. Tonight the Council will receive a presentation to provide information regarding this initiative, which will serve to enhance OWASA’s services in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro area by improving the efficiency and accuracy of water metering and billing.
