Overview: On November 29, 20171, the Town Council amended the Land Use Management Ordinance (LUMO) to expand use of Conditional Zoning. The effective date for those amendments is April 1, 2018. Revisions to the ordinance are necessary for clarity and to establish the link between the Town's Land Use Plan and conditional zoning district applications.


Recommendation(s):
That the Council open the public hearing, receive comments, and recess the public hearing to the March 21, 2018 Business Meeting.
