A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COUNCIL’S 2018 MEETING CALENDAR (2018-01-24/R-8)
WHEREAS, on November 15, 2017 the Council adopted its 2018 meeting calendar; and
WHEREAS, the November 16, 2017 Assembly of Governments has been rescheduled for January 30, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Special Meeting for the Council Retreat on January 26 and 27, 2018 needs to be rescheduled.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council amends its 2018 meeting calendar to add an Assembly of Governments meeting on January 30, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Whitted Building, 300 West Tryon Street, Hillsborough.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council reschedules a Special Meeting for the Council Retreat on February 9 and 10, 2018. A time and location will be provided on the Town’s web calendar.
