Town Ordinance Appendix A, Article 8, Section 8.4 describes the Historic District Commission, and the Advisory Board Membership Policy describes the appointment process.

On September 25, 2024, the council filled one of the two vacant seats. If one of the applicants doesn’t get the minimum five votes, then the board may continue to have quorum issues.
