Overview: On May 9, 2018, the Council received a Status Update Regarding the March 14, 2018 Blue Hill Petition [18-0423 <http://chapelhill.legistar.com/gateway.aspx?m=l&id=/matter.aspx?key=2230>]. Due to the length of the meeting, the Council requested that the remainder of the presentation be provided at the May 16, 2018 budget work session.

The purpose of this item is for the Council to continue to receive an update regarding the status of the Blue Hill petition, with a focus on massing and permeability, and provide feedback or direction to staff regarding a recommendation for the Public Hearing on May 23rd.
