RECOMMENDATION

Adopt both Resolution A and Resolution B to revise the continued legislative hearing dates for Conditional Zoning applications at 860 Weaver Dairy Road and 5640 Old Chapel Hill Road.

Procedural CONTEXT

To provide adequate time for staff and applicant coordination related to 860 Weaver Dairy Road, the hearing needs to be continued to a later date. The application for 5640 Old Chapel Hill Road could then be rescheduled to an earlier date.

BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT

The Council opened the Legislative Hearing for both applications on September 24th. The Council continued the hearing for 860 Weaver Dairy Road to October 22nd and continued the hearing for 5640 Old Chapel Hill Road to November 12th. Staff and the applicant will need additional time for the 860 Weaver Dairy Road Conditional Zoning application to discuss and review revisions. By adopting both resolutions, the continued hearing dates for the two applications would switch places.
