BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT*
The FY 2026-27 Recommended Budget was presented to Council on May 6, 2026. The purpose of that meeting was to receive the recommended budget.
The budget work session is an opportunity for Council and staff to review, discuss, and refine the recommended budget before it is formally adopted in June. Its purpose is to make sure that Council understands the Town’s financial picture and that the budget is aligned with Council’s highest priorities and invests in core operations and strategic initiatives to advance those goals.
