Overview: Review status of East Rosemary Parking Deck design. Based on previous conversations with the Design Team and Town Staff, Council expressed interest in having a conversation on materials for cladding the deck and other design related topics.

Recommendation(s): |
That the Council give the Design Team guidance to move forward with final design and any other elements associated with the Parking Deck design.
• Review any design updates
• Offer direction on the final design and material cladding for the Deck
• Give staff any further guidance on key issues associated with the Parking Deck and its associated design
